About Don

Don Nisley, Commercial Agent

Don was born and raised in San Diego, California and served in the United States Air Force as an air traffic controller before working for the FAA. After moving to Nevada in 1972 as an FAA air traffic controller, Don acquired his real estate license in 1979 and eventually retired from ATC to work full time as a Las Vegas-based commercial realtor, a position well-suited to his personality and his goals.

Don is a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR) as well as active in the Commercial Alliance of GLVAR. Over the years, he has represented firms from national corporations to regional and local businesses. Additionally, many of his clients have been real estate developers, business owners, and landlords in need of representation. Don specializes in leasing and sales of restaurants, banks, medical facilities, dance studios, call centers, industrial supply firms, life insurance companies, and retaii shops of every venue, to mention a few. An advocate of effective marketing, Don feels the success of building client relationships is to aggressively market their product or the clients themselves.
